Land Use Code Complaints

Land use and building grievances (not criminal complaints) can now be submitted electronically through CityView to Code Enforcement. For example, Vacation Home Rental or use violations along with any building/construction issue can be reported online through the system. 

In addition, citizens can conduct a case search to understand where a particular matter stands in the process. Please keep in mind that criminal complaints (trash, noise or any incident that requires immediate response) should be reported to dispatch which is monitored 24/7 and not through this portal.
