Typically before each regular City Council meeting, the City Manager reports on key topics, events, initiatives and programs along with departmental updates from city staff.

The first report of the month highlights Deputy City Manager (City Clerk, Communications, Facilities, Grand & Programs, IT, GIS),  Human Resources/Risk, Finance, Police, and Fire. 

The end of the month report features Parks & Rec, Planning & Community Development and Public Works (Airport, Transit, Streets, Water & Sewer, Wastewater).
