We have been closely monitoring both state and local health guidelines, and are currently in the process of developing different scenarios for summer programming.
We will NOT be offering summer programming (senior programs, summer camp, adult sports and special events) during the month of June, and are waiting on additional budget and programming decisions from City Council regarding the remainder of the summer.
We also anticipate that restrictions around facility use and group gathering size will likely remain in effect to some degree throughout the summer, which may impact our ability to offer certain programs.
While much remains uncertain, we appreciate your patience and hope to have more information for you soon.
Parks & Recreation offers a wide variety of exciting summer activities and trips for anyone 55 years and finer. Activity fees include transportation, admission fees, tickets, and hotel when necessary. Meals are not included in the activity fee and are the responsibility of the participant. Participation is limited, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration opened at 7:30 AM on April 1. NEW this year, there will be a 10% discount if you register for 6 or more activities.
