About the Program
Recycling Ambassadors are an integral part of helping support community members waste less and recycle more. These resident volunteers are individuals who wish to improve knowledge of local recycling methods and sustainable waste diversion. Ambassadors help inform community members about recyclable materials accepted by local waste collection services, increase recycling collection, and decrease contamination.
