Municipal Court convenes at 5:00 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday of each month in Centennial Hall, 124 10th Street. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior, in order to be checked in.
Your first appearance in court is not a trial. The issuing officer will not be in attendance, nor will any person who filed the complaint against you. This is an advisement/arraignment session only. You may be able to speak with the prosecuting attorney that night about your case, depending on your case type and plea.
Citations issued by the State Patrol, Routt County Sheriff, as well as some specific Steamboat Springs Police matters, are heard at the Routt County Combined Courts. Your ticket will state where you are to appear.
