  • The reservation system enables the user to create and manage their own reservation and payments. 
  • NOTE: If the General Public rate does not apply to your reservation it will be modified after approval and verification of nonprofit, government or commercial status.

Kitchen Rental

The following items are included with rental of the kitchen: Refrigerator, Oven & Range, Small Freezer, Microwave, Commercial Dishwasher, Four Warming Trays, Sinks.

Cleaning

It is the responsibility of the renter to leave the Community Center in a clean and orderly condition. Cleaning materials and supplies are provided in the janitorial closet. Return all furniture to original location. Empty all trash receptacles and deposit trash into outside dumpsters. 

Alcohol

To obtain permission to serve alcoholic beverages, contact the City Clerk's office after your reservation is approved.  Alcoholic beverages are not permitted outside of the Community Center.

Insurance

A Certificate of Insurance is required if an event is open to the public, or proof thereof, for $1,000,000 of general liability coverage with the City of Steamboat Springs named as additional insured.

Key Pick-Up and Drop-Off

You are responsible for picking up keys the day of your event, or by 5pm on Thursday if your event takes place on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

    • Key Pick Up Location: Parks & Recreation Office, 245 Howelsen Parkway
    • Key Pick Up Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
    • Key(s) must be returned the day after your event or by Monday if the event is on a weekend.
