STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, COLORADO-December 7, 2023-CityView, the portal for many municipal services for the city and the Routt County building department, will go offline on Monday afternoon, December 11, 2023.
The project team will implement the go live activities for the Backflow project which will take the system offline between 3pm and midnight on Monday, Dec. 11. During the Monday upgrades, contractors will not be able to do any inspection scheduling after 3PM on December 11, in the City of Steamboat Springs CityView solution.
Once completed, backflow testers will be required to enter test reports in the CityView software platform.
CityView is a community development and land management software solution provider to organizations across North America including the city and Routt County. The customer portal enables online development application, building permit, liquor license, and code enforcement complaints to be submitted, monitored, resubmitted, and tracked by the applicant.
