STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, COLORADO-January 12, 2026-The City of Steamboat Springs acknowledges the concerns raised regarding conditions at some Yampa Valley Housing Authority properties and recognizes the seriousness of the issues reported.
To address these concerns, two Steamboat Springs City Councilors, the City Manager and Yampa Valley Housing Authority (YVHA) staff will host a meeting with the property ownership group and management company on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 10am. The purpose of this meeting is to identify solutions, develop an action plan, and establish measurable steps to track progress.
