STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, COLORADO-February 8, 2023-CityView, the portal for many municipal services for the city and the Routt County building department will be unavailable Thursday, February 9, from 4pm to midnight as upgrades are installed to the system.
“Hopefully, the program will be back in action a lot quicker, but we are allocating for the eight-hour period just in case,” commented Planning & Community Development Director Rebecca Bessey. “Our goal is to have CityView back up and running like normal Friday morning.”
Routt County Building Department Inspection Requests for Friday February 10 must be requested by no later than 4:00 PM Thursday February 9 due to the CityView Portal not being available.
The upgrade project is scheduled from 4pm to midnight this Thursday and requires shutting down the CityView host server. While the evening work is underway, the CityView Public Portal will be unavailable, and the city appreciates your patience and understanding.
If the work runs longer than scheduled, the city will message the estimated extension duration. Otherwise, the public should anticipate all CityView services back online Friday morning.
CityView is a leading community development and land management software solution provider to organizations across North America including the city and Routt County. The customer portal enables online development application, building permit, liquor license, and code enforcement complaints to be submitted, monitored, resubmitted, and tracked by the applicant.
