TV Coverage

Steamboat TV6 strives to keep residents apprised of city government functions and activities as well as community topics of interest.

Programming and Services 
In order to meet the mission of Steamboat TV6, activities will include the following prioritized programming and services: 

  • Broadcast of City Council, Parks & Recreation, Planning Commission, Board of Adjustment, and Historic Preservation Commission meetings.
  • Programs that feature governmental information or services, cultural, historic or educational material, topics of local interest and flavor whether entertaining, educational or informational pertaining to the Yampa Valley or other topics as deemed worthy of coverage. 
  • Broadcast of governmental meetings or political debates held in the City Council Chambers as approved by the City Manager.
  • Broadcast of city sponsored meetings outside of the City Council Chambers as approved by the City Manager.
  • Bulletin board graphics including city information and meetings, special events in the community sponsored by a local government.
