Found Item

• Please turn found item into the Police Dept. at 2027 Shield Drive.

Release of property or evidence

• The release of all property and evidence is by appointment only on Tuesday and Thursdays 8:30am-3:30pm. 
• Call 970.871.6306 to make an appointment before you arrive.
• Items will be discarded if not claimed. 

Directions

• The office is located at 2025 Shield Drive. Use the Routt County Jail & CLEF Property Center entrance (next to the flagpole). 
• Once inside the vestibule, press the intercom button on the wall on the left. 
• State that you have an appointment to pickup property and you will then be let into the lobby. 
• An Evidence Specialist will meet you at the property return window in the lobby.
