Brown Ranch Annexation Committee

Annexation GraphicThe Brown Ranch Annexation Committee is an open public body that follows similar meeting requirements to city boards & commissions like City Council or Planning Commission. The committee is charged with negotiating the terms of a comprehensive agreement governing the proposed annexation.

All meeting minutes, agendas, session video recording and other pertinent material will be accessible online through the city website, YVHA website and EngageSteamboat.net/Annex. Public comment is available at committee meetings, through EngageSteamboat.net or by email or letter. 

Once the draft agreement is finalized by the BRAC, City Council will review, and additional public comment will be available.

BRAC Meetings

Meeting are hosted in Carver Conference Room in Centennial Hall, 124 10th Street and can be viewed and participated live on Zoom as well as streamed live on YouTube or through the Agenda Center.
