My trash containers are stored in my garage at all times except when placed at the curb the morning of waste collection. Do I still need a wildlife-resistant container?

This is still the requirement for Residential Properties. However, the City of Steamboat Springs now requires the outside storage of household and commercial waste in wildlife resistant containers at any time for non-residential properties.
